Customer Policies

 

Our staff of massage therapists, estheticians, manicurist, cosmetologists and fitness instructors are certified & licensed professionals.  They are committed to our vision of providing the best service possible for your ultimate spa experience.

Reservations

A credit card is required to confirm your reservation.  Please arrive fifteen minutes prior to you scheduled appointment time.  Late arrivals may not receive an extension of scheduled treatments.

Cancellation Policy

A 24 hour notice of cancellation or changes to scheduled services is needed.  Any cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the appointment or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

Gratuities

Gratuities are customary at the patrons discretion.  A 15% or 20% tip is recommended and always very much appreciated.

Gift Certificates

Customized gift certificates may be purchased for any occasion, service, or dollar amount.  Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Cell Telephone & Pagers

In consideration of other guests, we ask that all cellular phone and pagers be turned off while at Great Reflections.  Thank you.

Service & Price

Please note that all services and prices may be subject to change without notice.  Any inappropriate requests or action will result in immediate termination of the service and you will be responsible for payment in full.  Your understanding of the matter is appreciated.
